MARY ILIFF RECRUITMENT
CANDIDATES
We like to meet all our candidates in person and will never ask you to just register a CV.
YOUR PLACEMENT
We understand that going for an interview or starting in a new role can be daunting. Therefore we would never send you to a client furnished with no more than an address.
Everyone produces their best work when they feel comfortable and confident so we discuss every placement, whether long-term or temporary, with you in detail. We encourage you to ask as many questions as you wish about your potential employer and the position on offer so you are fully prepared.
At Mary Illiff Recruitment we take great pleasure in seeing our candidates going from strength to strength, college leavers rising to become high fliers and those returning to work flourishing in new challenges.
Finally, we want to ensure you are well looked after throughout your placement. It's our policy to 'check in' with you at appropriate intervals to hear how you are getting on.
If you are looking for a new opportunity as an Executive Assistant, PA, Office Manager, Secretary, Receptionist or a job in PR, Events, Marketing and Advertising, call us to arrange an appointment 020 7287 4860. We will be as flexible as possible in arranging a time to meet that suits you.

"Mary was a great help when I was looking to move jobs very quick and attentive. I was looked after really well every step of the way, from looking at my CV to the whole interview process. Thanks to Mary, I got a job working in a well-known private household and am now working for a charity."
Saskia Robertson
"Before I became a journalist, Mary found me work in many different areas an artistic charity foundation, a very well-known food company and a prestigious property firm, to name but a few. Speaking honestly, each and every one of these placements gave me an in-depth insight into the industry and I met some fascinating people, all of whom were extremely welcoming and supportive during my time with them. I would say the food company I worked for was probably the most enjoyable. Although situated in outer London (which made for a hellish train journey each morning), it was a wonderfully eye-opening experience as I instantly felt part of the team. Through my various tasks – dealing with customer enquiries and helping with corporate presentations, amongst other whacky things, such as cheese tasting – I found I got to grips with the business and left feeling I had an extra string to my bow."

"I signed up with Mary and within a couple of weeks she had found me a great first job as assistant PA to a private individual. Not only was it a great experience, it was very interesting too and had the added bonus of lovely co-workers! Other work included on-and-off cover for a property management company and also a long-term booking for a financial organisation. Each job was been very interesting and I felt like part of the team, not just a temp! Throughout, Mary was a great support, making sure all was going well. She also helped amazingly while I looked for my ideal permanent job. She took care to discover what I was interested in and only suggested things she felt I would enjoy doing and as a result I am now doing research work for an environmental organisation which I love. I would highly recommend her."
