Mary Iliff Recruitment, an independent agency designed to bring clients and candidates together in a focused, thoughtful and personal way, was established in 1997. Mary Iliff has over twenty years' experience in the recruitment industry, and has developed strong company and candidate relationships that span many years, sometimes decades. This means that both clients and candidates enjoy and benefit from the continuity of having the same point of contact and reliable service throughout.
Whilst embracing and adapting to changes in technology, we have not compromised on the personal service we offer. Our wealth of expertise ensures that we accurately identify and select candidates by focusing on their individual qualities to achieve the best possible results.
We like to meet all our candidates in person and will never ask you to just register a CV.
When you apply by email or telephone you will be invited to our centrally located office in Regent Street for an interview.
You will be asked what you are looking for and about your aspirations, experience and what you enjoy. The better we know you the easier it will be to find you the right job.
We also ask that you bring your passport and any relevant visa documentation or work permits.
We understand going for an interview or starting in a new role can be daunting. We’d therefore never send you to a client furnished with no more than an address.
At Mary Iliff Recruitment we are proud of the strong relationships we have built with companies over the years. We like to visit all new client organisations so we are able to understand what their requirements, expectations and cultures are.
Trust, discretion and confidentiality lie at the heart of our service, and we never compromise on quality. For some companies we are so integral we act as an extension of their business – a remote HR Department, always on hand.
